How do I book a package?
To reserve your package, call 1-888-TEE-TURF (1-888-833-8873). Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you in booking your room, spa services, tee times, or dinner reservations, as included in your package. Please remember that your reservation will be secured with a deposit equal to one night's stay at your package rate.

Are packages always available?
While The Hotel at Turf Valley always offers packages, some packages and specials are limited-time offers. Additionally, package availability is wholly dependent on the availability of the package components (i.e., guest rooms, spa services, tee times, etc.); therefore, unavailability of any or all package components at a given time would cause the package to be unavailable for booking at that time. To ensure you can enjoy the full Turf Valley experience, we do not book "partial" packages. The details, availability, and rates for all packages are at the discretion of Management and are subject to change at any time with or without notice.

What do my package meals include?
If your package includes breakfast, you are welcome to one full breakfast from the Alexandra's at Turf Valley breakfast menu. For your Spa Package lunch, enjoy a salad or entree from the Spa Lunch menu and one non-alcoholic beverage. Package dinners include a delicious selection of a house salad, entree, dessert, and one non-alcoholic beverage from the Alexandra's at Turf Valley Dinner menu. If your package includes a meal or meals, please note that market-price items, appetizers, and alcoholic beverages are excluded and will be charged as additional items to your guest folio.

Can I book packages for my meeting or event group?
Please visit the Conferences section of our website, for information about packages and special offers available to groups. The policies for group meeting packages will be noted in your group contract and are not the same as leisure packages.

What if I need to cancel my package reservation?
To cancel your reservation, please call 1-888-TEE-TURF (1-888-833-8873) as soon as possible. To receive a refund of your deposit, your cancellation must occur more than 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival will result in a forfeiture of your deposit in full.
