We will do our best to accommodate specific room requests based on hotel occupancy. Please note, we cannot guarantee a particular room on the day of check-in. Rest assured, all rooms and suites at our resort are appointed with modern amenities, beautiful décor, and home-like comfort.

Yes, Turf Valley Resort is a non-smoking resort. Guests who smoke may do so outside the resort, in designated areas. A deep cleaning fee is charged to guests who violate our smoking policy in their hotel room.

Turf Valley Resort's quiet hours are 10 - 6 AM. During quiet hours, all guests are required to refrain from loud noise and requested not to disturb other guests. We reserve the right to have security investigate all noise disturbances and address the situation accordingly.

At Turf Valley Resort, we offer a 48-hour cancellation at no charge prior to the arrival date. Late cancellation and no-shows are subject to a penalty of the first night's room and tax.
