Doors Open at 8:30pm and Event Ends at 1:30am. Food is available once doors open, band will begin playing closer to 9:15pm. Will Call opens at 7:45pm.
The event itself is located in our Grand Ballroom and includes a Premium Top Shelf Open Bar, Live Music by the Klassix, Heavy Hors D' Oeuvres and Food Stations, Midnight Munchies and Dessert, Live Streaming of the ball drop, Champagne Toast, and a balloon drop at Midnight.
Our overnight packages include Tickets to the event, overnight hotel accommodations, and Breakfast the following morning in Alexandra's American Fusion Restaurant. Tickets are priced per couple. Our overnight packages are inclusive of tax and gratuity. Packages start at $500 per couple, and increase based on room type selected. All packages are subject to availability.

While we do not have an official event dress code, cocktail attire tends to be the most common. Jeans are permissible, and jacket and tie are not required. Some guests will be in black tie attire. It is really up to you!
Tickets to the event are non-refundable. The overnight package, excluding the ticket cost, can be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival for $20 fee. No refunds will be issued within 72 hours of the event.
Each year our food items vary. Our Chef is hard at work preparing the menu for this year, however in 2019, there was an assortment of finger food/appetizer style items, as well as a Risotto Station, a Beef Carving Station, and an assortment of entrees. Closer to 11pm we offer dessert items, and then some late-night munchies at midnight.
Your ticket is for a particular table for the event, but the actual seat is not specified and is first come, first serve. We do not reserve individual seats.
If you purchased individual events tickets online or by phone, these will be available for pick up at Will Call. The email you receive will be a confirmation and you do not need to bring anything with you.
If you purchase an overnight package, your event tickets as well as your Breakfast vouchers will be given to you at the Hotel Front Desk when you check in.
If you have purchased an overnight package, this includes breakfast the next morning in Alexandra's Restaurant located on the Garden Level of the hotel. The Breakfast is a traditional hot American breakfast featuring Chef-prepared omelets, bacon, sausage, potatoes, fruit, etc.
We do NOT accept reservations for Breakfast on New Year's Day due to the high volume of traffic we will see from all package holders. Seating is first come, first served. We expect the busiest times each year to be between 9-10:30am. Breakfast is served from 8:00am to 11:30am on New Year's Day. You MUST bring the breakfast voucher given to you at check in.
No, we cannot move a guest who has already selected and purchase their ticket at that table. Seating is first come, first served.
Each table seats 10 maximum. We cannot accommodate any more than this at a table. If you have less than 10 guests in your group, please expect the rest of the table to be filled as we sell out every year.
