  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Guests may cancel tickets and packages at no charge through November 30th, 2021. Starting December 1st, guests may cancel and receive a partial refund with a fee of $40 per ticket / $80 per package. If you can no longer attend the event, you may transfer the tickets to another guest. You would just need to notify us who the name of the new guest. Partial refunds will no longer be issued if a guest cancels within 72 hours of the event.
