Below is an overview of our policies and procedure for pet owners:

  • Dog must weigh 65 pounds or less.
  • Two dogs allowed per guest room.
  • A non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus tax will be charged for stays up to two nights, or $150 plus tax for stays longer than two nights. This will be charged upon check-in. I further understand that this fee does not include any additional costs which may result from any complaints of noise disturbance from other guests or costs associated with any injury or property damage related to my pet.
  • Dog vaccinations must be up-to-date and no presence of fleas or ticks.
  • Upon request, provide current records from a licensed veterinarian.
  • If the dog is aggressive, disruptive, or noisy, it must be immediately removed from Resort premises upon request.
  • Dogs are not allowed on the furniture, in bathtubs or showers.
  • A "Dog in Room" door hanger must be displayed on exterior door while a pet is inside.
  • Dog must be restrained in a crate or removed from guest room while hotel staff is present working in room.
  • Use designated dog walking area for exercise and pet relief. Clean up and properly dispose of any dog waste.
  • Notify the Front desk immediately should the dog have an accident inside the resort premises.
  • Dog must be under owner's care and not be left unattended on property.
  • Dogs are not permitted at any of Turf Valley Resort's food and beverage outlets, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, meeting rooms and golf courses.
  • Dogs are not allowed in public areas, except when entering or exiting the building.
  • Owner must assume responsibility for all personal injuries and/or property damage related to the dog and agree to hold harmless Turf Valley Resort, its operators, and owners from all ability and/or damage related to the dog.
