At Turf Valley Resort, we do our best to accommodate specific room requests based on hotel occupancy. Please note, we cannot guarantee a particular room on the day of check-in.
- Is Turf Valley Resort non-smoking?
Yes, Turf Valley Resort is a non-smoking resort. Guests who smoke may do so outside the resort, in designated areas. A deep cleaning fee is charged to guests who violate our smoking policy in their hotel room.
In addition, Turf Valley is a cannabis-free establishment. Maryland law prohibits the use of cannabis in public locations, and our resort falls under these public location regulations.
- What are the quiet hours at Turf Valley Resort?
Turf Valley Resort's quiet hours are 10 - 6 AM. During quiet hours, all guests are required to refrain from loud noise and requested not to disturb other guests. We reserve the right to have security investigate all noise disturbances and address the situation accordingly.
- What is the cancellation policy at Turf Valley Resort?
At Turf Valley Resort, we offer a 48-hour cancellation at no charge prior to the arrival date. Late cancellation and no-shows are subject to a penalty of the first night's room and tax.
