Appointment And Policies
Spa Reservations
We look forward to welcoming you to The Spa at Turf Valley Resort. We suggest making all spa reservations at least three weeks in advance. Pregnant women and individuals with high blood pressure or heart conditions should advise our reservationist when scheduling appointments. All reservations must be secured with a major credit card.
Schedule Your Spa Visit
Book your spa appointment online or call The Spa to make an appointment. We apologize for any delay as we are currently experiencing higher than normal wait times to speak to a Spa team member.
Change & Cancel Policy
- Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
- If you are sick or have any symptoms of sickness on or near your appointment date, please call us to reschedule.
- If you arrive late, we will make every effort to accommodate your total service. If other appointments are scheduled immediately after yours, your service will be shortened, and you will remain responsible for the full-service price.
- 50% of the value of your services will be charged for appointment canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment.
- Package cancelations require 48-hours' notice.
- All no-shows will be charged at full value.
Gift Cards
- Gift Cards can be purchased for cash value only and are non-refundable.
- Gift Card can be used at most of our facilities throughout Turf Valley Resort.
- Gift Card must be presented at the time services are rendered.
- Gift Cards must be redeemed within 48 months of their date of purchase.
- Please schedule your services as soon as possible upon receipt of gift card. Please note, peak periods/days may require a minimum of 12 weeks to schedule a particular service or package.
- Gift Card bearers must abide by our established guaranteed policy.
- The purchase of a gift card does not guarantee scheduled appointments.
- Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
The Spa Gratuity
- Gratuity is not included in the price of our spa services.
- Envelopes for a gratuity are provided at the reception desk for your convenience.
