Gift Card Policies

  • Physical gift cards can purchased at the resort. E-gift cards are available to order online. E-gift cards may take up to 48 hours to process and will be emailed to the recipient.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
  • Lost gift cards will be replaced only upon the presentment of the original receipt in the Accounting Department.
  • Gift cards expire 48 months from the date of purchase.
  • Expired gift cards have no value.
  • Turf Valley Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
  • Golf tee times are available only to members and hotel guests.
  • Turf Valley Resort and The Spa gift cards may be used as payment for spa services, gift shop purchases, hotel, dining charges, or golf shop merchandise.
