Turf Valley Gift Cards

Give your friend or loved one a gift card to Turf Valley Resort. Our gift cards may be used throughout our resort, including The Spa, Hotel, Golf Shop, Alexandra's Restaurant or member folio charges. Gift Cards are the perfect way to celebrate a special occasion or to say thank you.

Gift Card Policies

  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
  • Lost gift cards will be replaced only upon the presentment of the original receipt in the Accounting Department. All research is done by gift card number, which is printed on your receipt. We cannot research by date, credit card number, name, or other means except the gift card number.
  • Gift cards expire 48 months from the date of purchase.
  • Expired gift cards have no value.
  • Turf Valley Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
  • Golf tee times are available only to members and hotel guests.
  • Turf Valley Resort and The Spa gift cards may be used as payment for spa services, gift shop purchases, hotel or member folio charges, dining charges, or golf shop merchandise.

Gift Card Orders & Shipping

Electronic and physical gift card orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Electronic gift cards will be emailed to the recipient once processed. Physical gift cards are mailed first class via USPS and may take 5 or more business days to arrive.

Each order can only be shipped to a single location. If you would like gift cards to be shipped to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders. In addition, if you wish to buy gift cards with different card values, you will need to place separate orders.
