  • Water-conserving shower heads in all guest rooms and suites
  • Monitoring energy and water consumption
  • Using products that are low or zero VOC (volatile organic compounds) or Green Seal Certified
  • Creating native plant material and untreated turf grass buffer areas along waterways and wetland areas
  • Composting food waste
  • Paperless contracts and billing options
  • Recycling bins in public areas and all guest rooms and suites
  • Motion detectors in public restrooms to conserve energy
  • Creating additional filtering of surface runoff before it enters waterways
