As the days get shorter, take a little time to slow down, turn inward, and reset. Join us on October 20 for an evening of gentle Grounded Movement and sound meditation. Let the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and more wash over you as you quiet your mind, relax your body, and reconnect with yourself.
Arrive a little early to enjoy light refreshments, and bring a blanket and small pillow for comfort.
