Hotel Policies

Please review our policies to check in at Turf Valley Resort.

  • Cancellation Policy: Your reservation may be canceled or modified up to 48-hours prior to your arrival with no penalty. Any cancellation received after this period will be subject to a charge equal to the first night's room and tax, and forfeiture of advance deposit.
  • Check-in: Our check-in time is 4pm, and check-out time is 11am. Early check-in is subject to hotel occupancy and a $50 fee. The individual who made the reservation must present a valid photo identification that may include a driver’s license, passport, and/or a state-issued identification card.
  • Accommodations: Accommodation types, room placement and special requests are based on availability and are not guaranteed. Accessible rooms may be assigned to non-accessible guests based on occupancy. 
  • Shared Accommodations: In the event a reservation has double occupancy, and both guests are sharing the cost of the room, it is understood by both parties that if one of the guests does not show or cancels their reservation the other guest will be responsible for the payment of the full value of the guest room.
  • Deposit Policy: In addition to room and taxes, a $100 incidental deposit will be held on your credit card at check-in. In the event that there are no additional charges or damages to the room, the authorization will be released and may take up to 7 business days.
  • Debit Cards: When using a bank issued debit card, it will be processed as cash and the full room and tax total will be charged at check in.
  • On-Site Dining: Dining is available in our restaurant, lounge and through room service. No outside food or drink is permitted in public areas. For groups of ten or more, onsite dining accommodations can be reserved in advance by calling 410-465-1200.
  • Golf Tee Time: During inclement weather, please confirm your tee time by calling the Pro Shop at 410-465-1504. Please review our Resort Guest Golf Policy.
  • Dog Policy: A non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus tax will be charged at check-in for up to two nights, or $150 plus tax for stays longer than two nights. For additional details, click here.
