Stay Safely at Turf Valley Resort

Turf Valley Resort is committed to providing a clean and safe environment for our staff, members, and guests. At the beginning of the pandemic, we voluntarily closed for three months to educate and develop a plan to safely reopen. During our closure the leadership team implemented "Commitment to Cleanliness," comprised of initiatives to effectively operate our business during a pandemic and beyond.

We understand that COVID protocols will continue to affect the way we operate and do business moving forward. For the safety of all, the following will be a standard of our health and safety protocols and will adjust as restrictions change.

Our property and indoor areas are very spacious, allowing individuals to maintain personal space in our lobby, common areas, hallways, and event spaces. Our restaurant has continued the practice of socially distanced tables and offers outdoor seating as weather permits.

Turf Valley Resort has two Clorox® 360 Electrostatic Sprayers to effectively disinfect high touch or common areas. This disinfectant is applied through a sprayer nozzle that quickly coats surfaces and provides coverage to a large area in minutes. Individuals can immediately enter the area once treatment is complete. For more information, visit the Clorox website.

Clear partitions have been installed at the front desk to provide an extra level of protection. Guests may check in at the front desk or use the Turf Valley Resort App for express check in. All key cards must be picked up at the front desk and are sanitized after each use.

Masks are currently optional for our staff and guests. For all private events held at Turf Valley Resort, we are happy to accommodate your request for servers and banquet personnel to wear masks during the event.

We thoroughly clean our rooms before and after each stay by sanitizing bedding and frequently touched areas such as bathrooms, counters, and shared items. In an effort to limit contact, we will not refresh your room daily unless you request service during your stay. To schedule a room refresh, please notify the front desk upon arrival. We are happy to supply additional items as needed during your stay. Room service can be ordered online or by phone and will be delivered to the door without contact.

Guests to our resorts will find easy access to hand sanitizing stations throughout the property. We have increased the amount of routine cleaning in common areas using products that meet EPA standards. Touch up service will be added as hotel occupancy increases.

All Food & Beverage personnel are trained in food safety protocols to ensure the highest quality and attention is taken when preparing and serving food. Guests may use our menus or view menus online. Indoor dining, outdoor patio seating (as weather permits) Room Service and To-Go Orders are all available based on a guest's comfort level. Tables and common surfaces are thoroughly sanitized as patrons enter and leave.

Meetings, Weddings and Events are planned with appropriate safety measures in place and event organizers may also enact additional safety measures.

Catering options include buffet, boxed, and served meals and will be chosen by the event organizer. Sanitizer and gloves will be available at all buffet stations. Whenever possible, we offer upgrades to larger venues to account for social distancing. Venues will be cleaned daily and touch up service will be completed during breaks.

    • Tables and common surface sanitized after each guest.

  • The Spa

    • Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout The Spa.
    • All staff members have completed hygiene and sanitation training.
    • Treatment rooms will be completely disinfected after each guest.
    • Air Purifiers are present in each treatment room to remove contaminants and improve air quality.
