The Catering Account Executive shares details about Turf Valley Resort's available rooms and suites. We offer a special rate for your group based on the actual event date. This rate will be honored upon availability through the event date. Since the rate is upon availability, guests must call to make reservations in advance.
- Is there any way to ensure hotel room availability during our event at Turf Valley Resort?
Yes. We are happy to contract hotel rooms for your event to guarantee availability. Contact your Catering Account Executive to discuss this option further.
- Is gratuity included in the Taxable Service Charge?
The labor cost is not a gratuity. It is used to pay our staff wages. Often our clients do present tips for outstanding service. Any voluntary tips that you choose to offer in addition are very much appreciated.
